## Roles we hire for.
- **Lawn Care Specialist** — Mowing, trimming, edging, blow-off. The core of every weekly visit.
- **Certified Pesticide Applicator** — Apply granular and liquid fertilization and weed control on the seasonal program.
- **Snow Plow Truck Operator** — Run a route of residential and small commercial properties through Minnesota winters.
- **Sidewalk Snow Clearing** — Hand crew work on commercial walkways and entries during snow events.
